A Master Certified Coach (MCC), Ashraf Helal brings over twenty six years of senior corporate and advisory experience working with leaders in complex and technology enabled organizations. He previously served as a board executive at Vodafone Egypt and has been an Affiliate Advisor with McKinsey and Company since 2018.

Ashraf works closely with senior executives across government entities and Fortune 500 organizations in the Middle East and globally, supporting leadership dialogue, decision making, and responsible leadership in environments shaped by scale and change.
