Nabil Amasha

Nabil Amasha is credited with transforming Egypt’s North Coast real estate market through his strategic and innovative leadership in four ultra-luxury destinations — Marassi (Emaar), June & Caesar (Sodic), and The Med (People & Places) – over the past 16 years.

A seasoned corporate entrepreneur with over 32 years of multi-industry experience spanning real estate, hospitality, and logistics across the Middle East, Mr. Amasha is known for driving innovation, transformation, and record-breaking growth.

He is the founder and CEO of People & Places, established in 2022, which has rapidly become one of Egypt’s most admired developers with a 469-acre land bank and two major mixed-use projects. Guided by the values of people, sustainability, and innovation, the company has introduced trendsetting concepts redefining modern coastal living.

Previously, as Chief Commercial and Operations Officer at SODIC (2019–2021), he led a transformation strategy that doubled sales, achieved record highs in NPS and brand equity, and contributed to SODIC’s acquisition by Al Dar.

Before that, during his 11-year tenure at Emaar Egypt, he was part of the founding team and helped grow the company from EGP 700 million to EGP 14 billion in sales, leading the vision and launch of landmark projects including Marassi, now a regional icon of luxury living.

Earlier, Mr. Amasha served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Aramex, overseeing brand transformation across 37 countries and co-authoring the Arab world’s first Corporate Sustainability Report. He began his career in construction management in Jeddah and holds a degree in Construction Management from California State University (1992).

Beyond real estate, he is the founder of At Home Egypt, a luxury furniture brand, and an active industry speaker, co-founding the AUC Real Estate Academy and pioneering branded residences and coastal entertainment concepts that redefined Egypt’s luxury property landscape.
